Andrea Cook was born and grew up in England where she studied architecture at Sheffield University. At first she worked for an architectural firm in London where she developed her love for plastic arts. In her paintings she is inspired by the power of simplicity and the pleasure she finds in shades of colour. Especially she enjoys the space and light of the landscape and sea-views in the province of Zeeland.
On a regular base she exhibits in The Netherlands and abroad.
